RETURN POLICY

At Tallitha Aesthetics, every product is crafted in small batches with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our handmade skincare products, all sales are final once an order has been processed. We do not offer exchanges or returns for reasons of personal preference.

That said, your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tallitha_aesthetics@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll be happy to replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.

To ensure the best experience:

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products.
